SORTED is a daily life admin copilot that helps you organise, track and act on everyday tasks — from bills and letters to appointments and follow-ups. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account data: Your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in (including via email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In).
Content you provide: Text you type, documents you upload (letters, receipts, bills, contracts), and voice transcripts — used to generate summaries, action plans, and draft messages.
Usage data: How you interact with the app (actions created, reminders set, features used) to improve the service.
We collect data when you create an account, use the app's features, upload files, or use voice input. We do not collect data from third parties.

When you use AI features (Ask SORTED, document analysis, voice transcription, provider policy lookup), the content you provide may be processed by SORTED and trusted third-party AI services to generate responses. This includes typed text, uploaded document content, extracted text, and voice transcripts.
Provider name lookups and policy searches may also use internet-based search to find real-time information. AI responses may be inaccurate — always verify important details such as dates, amounts, reference numbers and legal rights against official sources.
AI processing requires your explicit consent. You can decline and use the app's manual features (adding actions, uploading documents for storage, typing notes) without AI processing.
We do not sell your personal information. To provide the service, your data is processed by the following categories of service providers:
Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver the service and under appropriate data protection agreements.
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you through your authenticated account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items, your AI history, all documents, or your entire account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data.
You have the right to:
AI processing consent is requested before any AI feature is used. Consent records (including type, version, acceptance status and timestamp) are stored with your account. You can revoke consent at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data. Revoking consent disables AI features but does not delete your existing data.
SORTED does not use login provider data or app interaction data for third-party advertising without your consent.
SORTED is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
